SMARTGPT
An internal AI Agent for RF-SMART. Users could ask the AI for help with work, and the AI used integrations to perform custom actions.
User Onboarding
This product was sold with service hours to implement. I built a web experience in-app to guide new users and free company resources.
Game Tracker
I built a Chrome extension that lets players of a popular game track game statistics among their friend groups.
Customer Help Site
I designed and built a modern help site to replace a legacy solution. The new site also captured important analytics for other teams.
